Make a difference, build your skills AND have a great time!

Would you like to undertake volunteer work in the developing world but are put off by the high cost of many schemes? Don’t be. Our working holidays were conceived to give volunteers a rewarding and enjoyable experience and a comprehensive view of life in the friendly West African country of Ghana - all at an affordable price.

Our group programme in 2010 will run from August 7th to 28th so volunteers can run a Summer School with activities for the village children as well as working on a local project. If you prefer a different length of time or alternative dates, just contact us. No special skills are required - just loads of energy and a willingness to have a go.

Please note that you need to register your interest with us no later than early May if you want to take part in our August 2010 programme.

Details of our projects are provided on our next page.

From the menu on the left, you can watch our video and visit our website at http://www.endwa.org.uk/volunteer.htm where you can also view hundreds of photos taken, and read the accounts written, by ex-volunteers to get a flavour of what it's like being a volunteer with The Assin Endwa Trust.

Opportunities to contribute without leaving the UK

We also have a small number of opportunities to help us in the UK which involve promoting the Trust and it's work.  If you are interested in marketing, education, could promote any of our activities to groups of potential volunteers or are willing to fund raise for us, we would love to hear from you.
