All of our Apprentices receive extensive on-the-job training based at one of our sites, supplemented by a range of off-the-job training enabling them to work towards an NVQ Level 3 qualification (or SVQ in Scotland) and a Technical Certificate where appropriate. Most importantly, they start a career that can take them into management.
