For individuals with GCSE-level qualifications, Nationwide's Apprentice Programmes are the route to a successful career either -
- as a Vehicle Technician (Paint Spraying, Panel Beating, Strip Fitting) or
- in a Commercial role (Customer Service, Administration, Parts, Estimating).

All of our Apprentices receive extensive on-the-job training based at one of our sites, supplemented by a range of off-the-job training enabling them to work towards an NVQ Level 3 qualification (or SVQ in Scotland) and a Technical Certificate where appropriate.
Most importantly, they start a career that can take them into management.
