Ideally we require students with values and beliefs aligned with spiritual awareness, whether via a formal structure (e.g. Buddhism) or informal practice. Due to the requirement for literary review, proofreading /copywriting duties, a high standard of Grammar and written English is a pre-requisite. The person (s) must be able to adhere to timescales and evidence a methodical, diligent and disciplined approach to the project. We are keen to work with students who feel comfortable in debate, be sufficiently creative and use own initiative to obtain required information, can advocate alternative options and have a good sense of humour. We operate an equal opportunities policy.
